Month of the Military Child

Patch Design Contest

Military kids grow up with challenges most people never experience — frequent moves, long deployments, new schools, and new communities. But they also grow up strong, adaptable, and resilient.

This contest is our way of celebrating that strength and creativity by turning their ideas into something real.

The winning design will become an actual Badass Patches morale patch, and the artist will receive 25 patches to share with friends and family.

The patch will also be available for purchase, with a portion of proceeds donated to Our Military Kids, helping provide activity grants to children of deployed service members.

Opens: March 20 Deadline: April 10 Voting closes: April 15 Winner announced: April 16

Submit Your Design

Open to kids up to 18 years old. Entries must be submitted by a parent or guardian. By entering, you agree that we may share the design on Facebook for voting and produce the winning patch for sale.

Upload a clear photo of the completed template. Designs that follow the template shape and stay inside the border will translate best to a real patch.

Supporting Our Military Kids

A portion of proceeds from the winning patch will be donated to Our Military Kids, helping provide activity grants to children of deployed service members.
