BADASS PATCHES LLC – RETURN POLICY
SECTION 1 – LIFETIME PATCH GUARANTEE
Badass Patches LLC offers our signature Lifetime Patch Guarantee. If any of our patches fail to withstand normal use for their intended purpose, we will replace them — no questions asked.
To process a claim, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase for the original patch order.
SECTION 2 – REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is initiated, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Due to the custom nature of our products, Badass Patches LLC is not responsible for any order that was approved by the customer where the final product matches the production artwork provided for approval.
If the final product is damaged, degraded, or otherwise does not match the approved production artwork, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
SECTION 3 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not received your refund:

Contact your credit card company — it may take time for the refund to post.

Contact your bank — processing time is typically 5–7 business days.
